This turn-key competition for state and local associations inspires REALTORS® to earn their C2EX Endorsement, to raise the level of professionalism in the industry, increase their marketability, and grow their business. Winning associations will receive grants and national recognition they can strategically leverage to boost membership and reinforce the essential role REALTORS® play as community experts.

Encourage members to earn their C2EX Endorsements to position your association for the win, and help REALTORS® optimize business practices and boost their bottom lines.

How the Challenge Works for Associations:

How to Participate in the C2EX Challenge:

  • To compete in the Challenge, state and local associations must register.
  • The Challenge runs February 1 to October 1, 2022.
  • Associations are divided into the following categories:
    • Small (less than 4,999 members)
    • Medium (5,000-14,999 members)
    • Large (15,000-29,999 members)
    • Mega (30,000+ members)
  • Associations earn points two ways:
    • Three points for every member who starts the C2EX program between February 1 and October 1.
    • Five points for every member who earns their C2EX Endorsement between February 1 and October 1.
  • Winners announced during the 2022 REALTORS® Conference & Expo. The state and local associations with highest point totals will win $5,000 grants to further their promotional efforts of the Commitment to Excellence program!

The 2021 C2EX Committee is excited to announce winners in four categories:

Mega Association Category (30,000+ members)

  • Texas REALTORS®

Large Association Category (15,000-29,999 members)

  • Oregon REALTORS®
  • MetroTex Association of REALTORS®

Medium Association Category (5,000-14,999 members)

  • Mississippi REALTORS®
  • Collin County Association of REALTORS®

Small Association Category (less than 4,999 members)

  • North Dakota Association of REALTORS®
  • Prince George's County Association of REALTORS®
  • Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS®

Additionally, all 13 NAR regions were in a competition to increase their number of C2EX Endorsements. The 2021 C2EX committee is pleased to announce that Region 10 saw the highest percentage increase in C2EX Endorsements during the challenge period. Congratulations, Region 10!

The top two states with the highest number of points in their association size category received a $5,000 grant to further their promotional efforts of NAR's Commitment to Excellence program!
